With how much power does the beyondRED® PRO work?
The beyondRED® PRO operates with two IR-A wavelengths of 810 nm and 940 nm in a 50/50 ratio. The maximum optical output power is 10 watts in continuous operation (continuous wave) and can be adjusted in five power levels.
What controls and settings does the beyondRED® PRO offer?
The beyondRED® PRO has integrated controls for selecting the power levels. The optical output power can be adjusted via five defined levels.
Operation is carried out using the controls provided on the device. The parameters are used and set in accordance with the operating instructions supplied.

How long does the included battery charge?
The battery of the beyondRED Gun can be fully charged via USB-C within 2.5 hours.
How long does the included battery last?
This is strongly dependent on the vibration level and the pressure you exert during the massage. When using the lowest level and little pressure, the battery can last up to 15 hours. However, if you use the highest intensity level and a lot of pressure to massage large muscle groups, the battery life is up to 5 hours.
How do I change the massage levels?
The beyondRED® GUN has a total of 4 different massage levels. When switched on, you can change the intensity levels by pressing the On/Off button on the bottom of the massage GUN.
How do I switch on the beyondRED® GUN?
The ON/OFF button is located on the bottom of the Massage GUN. Press and hold for 3 seconds to turn the unit on/off. After 10 minutes, the beyondRED® GUN will automatically turn off. Simply press the ON/OFF button again to restart the device.
How do I change the attachments?
Your beyondRED® GUN comes with a total of 4 different attachments that you can change by simply pulling them out and plugging them in.

Which group of people is not suitable for the beyondRED® AIR - Recovery Boots?
- Individuals with osteoporosis, fractures, muscle strains and acute sprains.
- Individuals with severe heart disease and/or pacemakers.
- Pregnant women and 6 months after delivery only with medical clearance.
How do I clean the beyondRED® AIR - Recovery Boots?
Please clean the massage boots only with soft dry cloths. Do not use oils or other chemicals.
Before cleaning the unit, make sure that the power supply is disconnected!
Can the hoses of the beyondRED® AIR - Recovery Boots be cleaned?
Please make sure to wipe the hoses only superficially with soft dry cloths and do not use water, oils or chemicals.

Can only individual chambers be filled?
Yes, you can switch on/off all 6 chambers of the beyondRED® AIR. Just use the buttons CH1-CH6 (CH = Chamber) for the respective chambers.
How do I change the modes of the beyondRED® AIR - Recovery Boots?
You can choose between 4 modes. To do so, press the corresponding letter A-D.
If you want to change the mode during the treatment time, press the ON/Pause button once at the bottom right of the compressor and change to another mode. Then press the ON/Pause button and the programme starts.
Which pressure should I use?
Due to the different circumference of the limbs, no general pressure value can be determined.
However, we recommend starting with the lowest pressure of 80 mmHg and increasing it according to the user's situation.
For 20-30 minutes of treatment, the general operating pressure is 80-120 mmHg.

Usually shipping takes about 3-4 business days after payment is received.
Unfortunately, we can not influence delivery delays by the parcel service.

How do I receive a copy of my invoice?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you the invoice by mail.
How can I order something in your store?
You can either order in our online store as a guest or you can create a customer account. You can do this in a few steps here . Enter a password using the link in the email we send you. With your customer account you have, for example, the possibility to view your orders or to inform yourself about the shipping status of your order.

How do I get a return label?
To make the return as easy as possible for you, the return label is directly in your package.
How long can I return a product?
After receiving the goods you have 14 days to return the products to us.

How do I send something back?
In your package you will find both a return slip and a return label. Simply fill out the return slip and put it in the package. Then simply stick the returns label on the package and you can drop off the package at the nearest parcel store.

No, we will cover the cost if you don't like a product or want to return it to us for any other reason.
